Why we built this

It started with an ordinary parking ticket. Nothing dramatic, just the kind of everyday mistake almost anyone could make. What surprised us wasn’t the ticket itself, it was how hard it turned out to be to actually challenge it properly.

We went looking for a straightforward way to appeal and couldn’t find one. Forums full of conflicting advice. Template letters clearly written for someone else’s completely different situation. Services that wanted a small fortune for something that, once you understood it, wasn’t actually that complicated. So we built the thing we’d wanted to find in the first place: a way to answer a few honest questions about what happened and get back a properly argued letter, written for that specific ticket, not a generic one with a name pasted in.

We’re not a law firm, and we don’t submit anything on your behalf, you stay in control of your own case from start to finish. What we do is the part most people find hardest: working out which grounds genuinely apply, understanding what the notice actually says, and putting it into a formal letter that reads like it was written by someone who knows what they’re doing. Because it was.

It didn’t take long to realise the same problem existed everywhere, not just for the ticket that started it. Every council in the UK, TfL, and every private parking operator runs its own paperwork and its own process. So that’s what we built this to cover, all of it, not just the one case that got us here.
