Terms of Service

Last updated 27 July 2026

1.Agreement to terms

By using this site or buying an appeal letter from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2.Who we are

Parking Ticket Defence is operated by Maestro Projects Ltd, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

3.What we do

We write a formal appeal letter based on the details you give us about your parking ticket. You send it to the council, TfL or parking operator yourself. We do not submit appeals on your behalf, and we are not a law firm.

4.This is not legal advice

Our letters and the information on this site are not legal advice and do not create a solicitor-client relationship. We cannot guarantee that any appeal will succeed. The outcome is decided entirely by the issuer or the relevant appeals body.

5.Your responsibility for the details you give us

The letter is built from what you tell us. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate and honest, and for checking the letter before you send it. Do not ask us to include anything false.

6.Prices and payment

One-off payments, not a subscription: £15 for an initial appeal, £29 for a formal escalation, £50 for a tribunal stage submission. Payment is taken by SumUp before your letter is drafted. We never see or store your card details.

7.Revisions and refunds

Revisions are included with every purchase: one at the initial stage, two at the formal stage, and unlimited at the tribunal stage. Ask for one and we will redraft your letter.

Because your letter is written for you as soon as you pay, you agree that the service begins immediately and you lose the 14 day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital services. Once your letter has been delivered we do not give refunds. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right.

8.Acceptable use

Do not use this service to submit false information, to appeal a ticket that is not yours, or to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site. We can refuse or withdraw service if you do.

9.Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the letter in question. We are not liable for unpaid penalty charges, increases to them, or any loss resulting from an unsuccessful appeal. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death, personal injury or fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the version published here at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
