ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)

Camera-based enforcement that reads number plates automatically.

Used for things like bus lanes, box junctions, and some car parks, entry/exit cameras calculate how long you were there without a physical warden present. If you're disputing the recorded time or the camera's accuracy, that's a legitimate basis to challenge, not just an assumption the system is always right.
