IAS (Independent Appeals Service)

The equivalent of POPLA for operators accredited by the IPC instead of the BPA.

Private parking operators belong to one of two trade bodies, the British Parking Association or the International Parking Community. BPA members' appeals go to POPLA; IPC members' appeals go to the IAS. Both are free, independent, and serve the same function.
