Notice to Keeper

A private operator's equivalent of a Notice to Owner.

Sent by a private parking company under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 keeper liability rules, this is what lets them pursue the registered keeper (rather than only the driver) if the original notice goes unanswered. It has its own strict procedural requirements, get the timing or content wrong and the operator can lose the right to hold the keeper liable at all.
